Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

I accept returns on non-intimate jewelry only. For hygiene reasons, intimate jewelry doesn't qualify for returns or exchanges.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price (less shipping). You may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Please note, before a refund can be issued, the item must be returned in its original packaging and original condition. Before returning an Item please contact me to coordinate details. Package must be sent within 14 days of delivery, it should also be sent with tracking information. Failure to do so may result in loss of refund.

Custom orders and intimate jewelry are non-refundable.
